Regional Senior Associate, Retail

- Success of these initiatives are measured via (1) Network growth i.e. Count of Partners, (2) Volume & revenue growth and (3) NV Ops Cost Structure improvements (e.g. drive adoption of Drop-offs and/or Collect through network strategy to improve NV’s cost competitiveness).

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with local teams to gather necessary information and market insights, as well as working with the Business Intelligence team to structure and extract operational and sales data required for business analysis. These are necessary groundwork for preparation of business initiative solutioning.
- With understanding of business challenges and direction, develop structured and data-driven insights and recommendations for ongoing and/or proposals for new initiatives based on information gathered and analysed.
- Develop business initiatives and improvement projects - in conjunction to business insights and strategic direction - across areas of pricing & commercial model, partner acquisition strategy, partner engagement model, campaign & promotional strategy, network strategy & design and tech & product ideation & improvements, in collaboration with the Regional Retail team and Local Retail teams and the broader NV group.
- Execute and implement any new business or commercial initiatives within respective local operating counties. Monitor impact to business performance post implementation, and capture learning and improvement opportunities translating into future actionables and iterations of work deliverables.
- With understanding of key business metrics and commercial model structure, identify, design and develop relevant dashboards required to track and monitor business performance across various business components.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field, with mínimally 2 years in business strategy or analytical work experience within business strategy
- Skilled in business framework development, and bringing business concepts from ideation to workplan development and execution
- Statistical and analytical, with the ability to draw insights and actionables from business/operational data
- Good critical & strategic thinking skills, with a knack for structured problem solving
- Good stakeholder management and project management skills
- Previous experience in logistics or e-commerce industry is highly advantageous, though not necessary
- Experience in management consulting is a plus
- Highly adaptable, self driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong skills in G-Suites and/or Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, delivering data insights and business model concepts through PowerPoint presentations
