**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and maintain automated solutions for pricing and trade execution of structured products, reducing manual intervention and increasing speed to market.
- Collaborate with trading, sales, and IT teams to optimize and automate end-to-end workflows for structured products issuance and execution.
- Develop and manage Tableau dashboards to monitor automation performance, trade flow, and business metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and efficient data flows across pricing engines, trade booking systems, and reporting platforms.
- Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in structured products automation and digital execution platforms.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Experience in structured products, with a focus on flow business and automation.
- Strong technical background in data flow management, system integration, and business process automation.
- Advanced Tableau skills for real-time monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with pricing engines, trade execution platforms, and relevant financial technology tools would be preferred.Job Family Group:
