**Your day to day**

As Stewarding Supervisor, you’ll assist in leading and directing aspects of the Stewarding operation. You are responsible to always follow government regulations concerning health, safety and any other requirements for both the hotel and your team. **Your Day to Day **People**
- Work under the Supervisor of Stewarding Manager
- Notify supervisors in any case of supplies shortage, equipment malfunction or misuse of chemicals
- Complete any assignments or tasks given by Stewarding Manager

**Guest Experience**
- Assist Engineering department with any maintenance and ensure that quality work is completed
- Ensure sufficient glassware, chinaware and any other related equipment and supplies for operations
- Ensure kitchen hygiene is compliant with HACCP/Food Safety Standards

**Financial**
- Enforce recycling and cost saving methods to staff

**Responsible Business**
- Assist in monitoring loss & breakages. Broken or chipped chinaware and glassware to be disposed in breakages container
- Be aware of fire safety rules and hazards, and inform supervisors of any injuries or assistance required
- Ensure that cleanliness and sanitation levels are up to standard

**What we need from you**

Ideally you have at least a GCE O Levels qualification. You are able to stand on long hours and is able to work on rotating shifts.
