As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Public and Administrative affairs to join our APAC GR &Admin team and contribute to the evolution of innovative in-vehicle systems.
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Oversee Central Provident Fund (CPF) matters to ensure compliance and accuracy. Perform routine administrative duties, such as receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, managing document archives, and booking travel arrangements.
Receive and assist visiting clients and partners, liaise with relevant government departments, and provide professional reception services.
Assist with other temporary tasks related to public and administrative affairs.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience.
Experience in corporate overseas expansion is preferred.
Excellent communication skills. Possesses strong professional ethics and etiquette, capable of representing the company’s image.
Proficient in office software, such as Microsoft Office and relevant administrative tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Able to handle tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of work.
**Technical Competencies**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of administrative tools and systems for document management and scheduling.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
