- Basic lab management, ordering of materials or consumables via SAP system.
- Deliver timely progress report of work in a systematic manner in written form to Supervisor-in-charge.
- Ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner in presentations/workgroups.
- Able to handle aspects of the projects dealing with mouse work in an independent manner.
- Able to operate equipment(s) involved in the project concerned in a safe/responsible manner.
- Able to liaise with external vendors for the sourcing of critical materials required for project(s) or general lab maintenance (i.e. tender documents - for equipment purchase, quotation sourcing, generation of purchase requisition).
- Preparation of documents/chemicals for lab compliance to prevailing institutional regulations.

- Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the laboratory, preferably with prior experience in mouse work.
- Knowledge of animal experimentation methods.
- Experience in basic molecular biology techniques, cell culture, immunohistochemistry, and/or tissue processing preferred.
- An organized individual with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
- A strong interest & motivation in biomedical research.
