Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for design of coastal reservoir infrastructure such as tidal gates, gatehouses, dams & dykes
2. Co-ordination, consultation and liaison with the relevant authorities to obtain all necessary statutory approvals
3. Prepare technical reports and submission to Authorities
4. Ensure all engineering works comply with all relevant statutory standards, regulations and Codes of Practice and maintaining high quality standards of design
5. Liason and manage stakeholders, such as clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties
Requirements:
1. At least 10 years of experience in reservoir infrastructure projects, including the design of tidal gates, gatehouses, dams and dykes etc.;
2. University degree or any other qualification acceptable to PEB;
3. A registered Professional / Chartered Engineer under the Civil or Geotechnical Engineering discipline or registered All Reservoir Panel Engineer;
4. Well-versed in reservoir operations and maintenance
5. Knowledge of optimal operating levels in reservoirs and maintenance of water quality
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
7. Team player and able to multi-task
8. Discipline, self-motivated and resourceful
