Bartender/server

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes with high-quality and accuracy.
- Perform weekly inventory of beverages, maintain stock levels for bar opening and closing, and initiate requisitions.
- Take customer orders and promote beverage specials in line with established standards.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests and present checks following billing procedures.
- Complete any other assigned ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

- Have relevant experience and knowledge of wine, cocktail mixing, and all beverages.
- Possess excellent communication skills and work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
- Willing to work on public holidays and weekends, following restaurant shift hours.
- Work location: Middle Road.
- Work schedule: 5 working days per week, with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available.
