**Your Role**

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to create visually enticing
extensive experience in crafting engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content
that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives. Reporting to the Creative Director, you
will collaborate closely with Art Directors and the wider design teams, which include Art
Directors and Graphic Designers. This is a hybrid on-site role that requires close teamwork
to achieve creative excellence from concept to completion.

**Responsibilities**

**Creative Development**
- Collaborate with Art Directors to conceptualise and develop innovative motion

graphics that align with the brand’s visual identity.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for motion graphic

content.
- Review and refine creative concepts, ensuring they meet project objectives and

brand standards.
** Motion Graphics Production**
- Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual

effects for various platforms, including digital advertising, social media, and
websites.
- Ensure that all motion graphics are delivered on time and meet the required

technical specifications.
- Experiment with new techniques and tools to enhance the quality and impact of

motion graphics.
** Collaboration and Communication**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product

teams, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Provide clear communication and updates on project progress to stakeholders.
- Offer guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them improve their skills

and understanding of motion graphics.

**Brand Consistency and Innovation**
- Ensure that all motion graphics align with brand guidelines, contributing to a

consistent visual identity across all media.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in motion graphics, animation,

and video production.
- Introduce and integrate new design techniques and tools to continuously improve

the quality of motion graphics.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience preferred in motion graphics design, animation, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop,
- Illustrator).
- Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Excellent storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Knowledge of video production processes, including editing and post-production.
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
