**Procurement Manager**
The jobholder’s primary role is to support the planning and execution of procurement functions. This role includes partnering and supporting other T-Pride departments to manage the full spectrum of procurement activities. In addition, the jobholder needs to ensure procurement activities comply with T-Pride’s procurement strategy and processes.
**Responsibilities**:
1) Ensure adherence to T-Pride’s Procurement strategy and policies for execution of procurement activities to meet targets and objectives
2) Work with Internal and external Stakeholders to:
a. establish scope of work for services and/or requirements for products, and
b. validate scope of work and requirements
3) Source and identify new product or service providers, validate potential new vendors or existing incumbent for cost effective procurement
4) Participate in the evaluation and negotiation with vendors/suppliers on the submitted quotations/proposals
5) Coordinate with T-Pride departments to review service agreement/contracts and prepare reports for approval.
**Requirements**:
1) Degree with at least 5 years of Procurement experience, previous exposure to supplier and contract management is preferred
2) Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team to meet timelines and KPIs
3) Able to communicate effectively with all levels including Senior Management and cross functional teams
4) Possess strong presentation, analytical and negotiation skills
5) Possess a hands-on attitude with uncompromised integrity and business ethics
6) Knowledge on international shipping and INCOTERMS is an advantage
