**Job Description**:
Marina Institute is looking for an Academic Executive to support the operations of the school. As the Academic Executive, you will work closely with the Dean and Head of Academic to achieve the department goals. You will be part of a dynamic team working in a face-paced environment as the college strives for academic transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Academic Manager in the daily operations of the Academic Department, including following up on student academic matters, as well as preparation and organisation of official meetings minutes.
- Liaise with other agencies, organisations and groups for academic matters.
- Plan teaching schedules and academic resources for academic programmes.
- Plan and administer assessments and examinations, including liaison with external examiners and facilitation of appeals and moderation processes.
- Manage the filing, storage and security of academic documents.
- Assist the Academic Manager in the administering and analysis of surveys including the writing of academic reports with the data collected.
- Assist the Head of Academic in managing lecturers.
- Assist the Department in conducting relevant entrance tests and promotional activities for student selection.
- Assist the Department in providing mentorship, pastoral care and support to students.
- Assist with any ad-hoc academic operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- High level of discretion with strict integrity standards in handling confidential matters.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Adept in using Mac, Microsoft Office and online meeting tools like Zoom, Google Meet and Lark.
- An understanding of business education will be beneficial, but not required.
