**Job Description**:
Job/ Internship Description
As a Computer Vision Engineer at Invigilo, you will be using real-world video data to develop state of the art construction activity monitoring solutions, that will eventually be deployed in production environments on the cloud. This role requires a highly versatile skill set and you will have opportunities to contribute in all relevant domains. Your responsibilities will include development and enhancing of new and existing technologies in a fast-growing deep-tech startup.
You will get to:
- Designing and deploying computer vision models for object detection
- Broad knowledge in various computer vision related topics such as deep learning, object recognition (detection, classification, segmentation) and tracking
- Developing and optimizing video pipelines using GStreamer, OpenCV, FFmpeg, and NVIDIA DeepStream SDK
- Using Bash scripting to automate deployment, testing, and infrastructure setups
- Collaborating closely with DevOps, DataOps, other relevant stakeholders
What we look out for:
- Hands-on experience with computer vision libraries and models (YOLO, Faster R-CNN, DeepStream)
- Excellent C/C++ programming skills
- Strong coding skills in Python and C++; experience with Bash scripting
- Solid understanding of video processing frameworks (GStreamer, OpenCV, FFmpeg)
- Ability to work on multi-camera environments, object tracking, and event detection
