**The Company**
Our client is a digital finance and technology firm with multidisciplinary business services including capital markets advisory and consulting. In view of the on-going reverse IPO project, they are seeking to engage an experienced Senior Accountant on project basis.
**The Role**
- Reporting to Senior Finance Manger, you will be responsible for the following finance function: _
- Providing management reporting support to the group of entities
- Review of junior accounts staff month end/year end closing documents
- Preparation of management reports
- Preparation of financial statements for audit purposes
- Liaising with auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretary and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance
- Annual budgeting exercise
- MAS reporting
- GST reporting
- Corporate tax filing
- Ensuring that entities are compliant with financial policies and procedures
- Supporting CFO with ad-hoc projects
**Your Profile**
You should possess a degree in finance/accountancy from a well-recognised university with at least 4-5 years of working experience in commercial accounting function. Prior audit experience in major audit firms are highly advantageous. Exposure to group consolidation and group reporting with short notice period are great plus. This role suits someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, sensitive to timelines and manage mulitple stakeholders across different business verticals within the group.
