Boutique Hostel Manager is responsible in providing front desk service to guests and undertaking various operational duties to ensure effective and smooth operations.

No experience necessary, training will be provided.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Execute check in and out of guests procedures and ensure timely turnover of capsule beds
- Monitor room inventory closely to ensure maximum utilisation of capsule beds
- Ensure that guests are attended to with promptness and efficiency
- Attend to inquiries via walk-ins, whatsapp and phone calls
- Assist in restocking and inventory management
- Responsible for general cleanliness of reception area
- Other ad-hoc duty assigned by Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum GCE '0' Levels
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office to handle guest reservations
- Possess good customer service working attitude
