**Responsibilities**:

- Independently work to accomplish end-to-end development of cybersecurity software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle in an agile team.
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions and produce highquality software design and architecture.
- Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in procedures, including monitoring systems for production issues. Troubleshoot service issues and collaborate with internal and external teams to fix and improve products.
- Review and debug code and ensure that software is validated and verified for both bugs and performance issues.
- Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment, and by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Interpreting business requirements into engineering tasks and updating stakeholders as to progress and ultimate achievability of project goals as and when required.
- Help develop junior software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and certification opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 to 5 years of working experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level security infrastructure platforms, databases, and system servers.
- Experience working independently on key project goals, especially in driving technical discussions, working across teams to define/refine software architectures, and delivering quality products.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, vulnerability standards like OWASP, and hacking techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, and/or C++ in the context of developing secure software. Knowledge of Windows OS internals is a plus.
- Strong hands-on experience with either, security operations, patching, hardening of networks and servers, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, or incident response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
