**IAM Consultant/Architect Description**
We are looking for a person with servant leadership and IAM product implementation and consultation experience. We believe you have the ability to create an environment that fosters high performing teams. You are used to working with multiple stakeholders and have the capability to facilitate workshops and perform activity & story mapping exercises. As a person, you are solution and delivery oriented with a strong drive and problem-resolution approach. You are culture and people-driven, with a team before me mindset.

As a member of the Technology and Innovation team, you will work together with a team of dedicated experts including researchers, designers, developers, and architects with a single goal of building the most innovative identity and data security technologies for a variety of use cases spanning across all industries. You will work against fixed timelines and your success will be measured by the ability to deliver on time on target products/solutions based on company directions. Your tasks include:

- Providing in-depth expertise in Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Data Access Governance (DAG), Web Single Sign-On and MFA.
- Develop technical solution write-ups.
- Analyse and provide recommendations according to best/industry practices.
- Develop documentations (requirement, design, guides, etc.)
- Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather IAM business and functional requirements to effectively transform into product features.
- Train pre-sales and project implementation team on product changes.
- Build knowledge through R&D and leveraging industry insights to deliver best of breed expertise recommendations to product development.

**IAM Consultant/ArchitectRequired Education and Experience**:

- Bsc. Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent
- 4 to 6 years of experience in any IAM Implementation / Consultation / Architect.
- Added Advantage:

- Certifications like CISSP, CISA or similar will be added advantage.

**IAM Consultant/Architect Required Skills and Expertise**:

- Must have at least 4 years of experience in IAM implementation or consultation.
- Must have strong cyber security domains knowledge including Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Data Access Governance (DAG), and Single Sign-on.
- Must have knowledge on LDAP, Federation, ADFS, SAML, OIDC, Ws-Fed
- Must have knowledge on APIs (REST, SOAP), Protocol, SSL/TLS
- Must have basic knowledge on Cryptography including encryption, hashing, RSA, X.500, SHA, etc
- Must have basic understanding to programming and software development and related process like SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Devops, etc
- Must have knowledge regulatory requirements around IAM, PAM, SSO, DAG, etc
- Must have knowledge on software deployment models including single tier, 3 tier, HA, DR, replication, etc
