**About the Role**

Responsible for the general operations of organisation, including but not limited to the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Governance, Information Technology, Administrative Support and Facilities.

**Duties**:
To provide oversight to the corporate team to ensure financial, governance and operational integrity of a mid-sized Social Service agency. Drive organisation development and change management to take the organisation to the next level of functioning.

**Requirements
**Technical Competencies**

Relevant Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience

Strong financial literacy

Oversee financial operations of a mid-size organisation

Ability to interpret relevant policies and schemes that impact the different stakeholders and organisation
