**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day to day on-site project supervision and ensure assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specifications, requirements and deadline.
- To ensure the safety regulations and requirements are being complied on site
- To organize, co-ordinate, control and lead to ensure that all lifting activities are carried out safely and in-line with the quality requirement within the specified schedule on site
- Manage and direct the department prior to the scheduled non-routine and routine duties
- Attend all daily overtime, works and other production meetings upon assigned
- Identify training needs of his team
- Controlling of budget which includes man hours

**Requirements**:

- Any secondary or tertiary education.
- Possess 5 years of relevant experience in marine or heavy industries or construction.
- Able to read and interpret both general and complex lifting plans
- Possess basic knowledge on budgetting for works
- Able to use Microsoft Excel for basic planning and reporting purpose
- Able to work at heights and under outdoor conditions
