**Position Overview**
The **Service Captain**will play a key role in leading the service crew, ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, and delivering impeccable service standards. This position involves managing guest interactions, supporting service flow, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the service crew to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Greet and host guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Assist with staff training and development to maintain high service standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service flow.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the menu, including seasonal items and specials.
- Monitor and manage table turnover to ensure efficient service.
- Assist in handling administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management.

**Qualifications**
- Korean or Singaporean National.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in F&B is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
