**Data Analytics Intern (6 Months)**
- We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics Intern for a six month internship, who is keen to learn and grow within our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to analytics in the Real Estate sector and is ideal for someone who is curious about data. As an intern, you will gain valuable insight into how data is used across all parts of the business to inform strategy, drive growth, and deliver better outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a career in Data Analytics and to understand the impact of data-driven decision on business success.**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Analytics Director and Manager with their daily analytics tasks and ongoing projects
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and analytics reports (e.g., using Power BI or Excel)
- Support ETL tasks to ensure high data quality
- Helps automate basic reporting workflows with guidance
- Learn to integrate data from multiple sources (ie. Using PowerQuery, Snowflake, Python, and other tools) and to generate business insightsParticipate in the ideation of AI projects to further improve business processes**Skills & Experience**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related)
- Strong interest in data analytics and willingness to learn new tools and techniques
