- **Senior/Principal Engineer, Software/Web Development** to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively initiate process improvement, conduct R&D works, and look into the latest key technology trends, development, and adoption in web technology to expand/enhance the platform to support DC business.
- Support internal and external users in various dependencies relating to new change requests and existing technical and user issues.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug to optimize performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams for the features required to ensure the implementation meets business requirements and goals.
- Ensure project requirements are well-planned, effectively managed, and delivered on time with high deliverable standards.
- Responsible for planning and deployment of new and existing systems for internal and external.
- Build and customize automated reports to support business requirements.
- Integrating standard-based protocols and 3rd party components with the existing platform.
- Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer or other IT-related field of study.
- Experience in database (MSSQL, SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB) management and integration.
- Experience in integrating web-based systems using RESTful/SOAP APIs.
- Experience and knowledge of Cloud Services such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
- Experience working on Linux-based infrastructures such as RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Customer focus, continuous learning, decision-making, and gaining commitment.
