**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of building facilities, including ACMV, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Plan, schedule, and supervise Preventive & Corrective Maintenance activities for M&E systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
- Coordinate and monitor work performed by technicians and external contractors.
- Ensure all completed works comply with relevant regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep detailed records and reports of maintenance activities.
- Research facility systems and recommend upgrades or improvements to stakeholders.
- Participate in root cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions.
- Support the installation and upgrading of M&E equipment.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to enhance operational efficiency.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Facility Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities or building management is preferred
- Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly diagnose faults.
- Ability to work independently and response to incidents calmly and efficiently.
- Eager to learn and grow within the industry.
- **Possession of Tier 3 or 4 Facilities Management ( CMFE ) certificate is required.**:
