1. Daily updating & maintenance of Operations & logistics tracker.

2. Checking for payment releases and advising for documentation.

3. Planning pending packing list as per the shipment priorities.

4. Support & Supervision of warehouse wherever required.

5. Ensuring smooth flow process in warehouse for packing and dispatching.

6. Ensuring shipment bookings as per the data given by Supply chain & sales team.

7. Updating & follow-up with Partners for all the shipments related queries and shipment info such as booking confirmation, AWB and docs related.

8. Updating & follow-up with forwarders for timely dispatch of stocks and providing with all the necessary documents.

9. Ensuring record and maintenance of all DNs, AWBs, permits & sub-certs daily.

10. Updating documentation team on timely docs’ issuance and resolving all queries.

11. Ensuring the docs sharing to the respective partners and forwarders with the necessary price approvals -before dispatching.

12. Daily follow-up on pending packed PIs - for payment, dispatch - with the respective team members and forwarders.

13. Supervision of Apple stock collection sheet, dispatch tracker, shipment tracker and acting as back up for all these reports updation whenever required.

14. Leading and planning the shipment call with respective teams.

15. Updating collection time to all the local traders and attending to the queries.

16. Hand Carry SOP - liaising with the respective partner for all the SOP related docs - and process it accordingly.

17. Applying, recording and maintenance of all the endorsed / scanned hand carry permits.

18. Maintenance of all the shipment bookings - including DHL and informing the respective teams for the timely dispatch.

19. Assisting Santosh in HP & Dell queries wherever required.

20. Ensuring all the freight charges are quoted and approved before dispatching any shipment.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
