**Roles & Responsibilities**
Contract period: Two Years With 2 Option To Extend for another 2 years
Working hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays 0830 hrs till 1800 hrs
- Fridays 0830 hrs till 1730 hrs
- Lunch Hour (no Receptionist required) 1230 hrs till 1330 hrs
Scope of works:
(a) Provide receptionist duties
(b) Handle all incoming phone calls and enquiries
(c) Record all call logs
(d) Provide call back for recorded messages
(e) Attends to all visitors, administer, registration of visitors, and issuance of passes
(f) Manage courier services
(g) Manage parking arrangements
(h) Arrange for repair or replenishment of ink cartridges/toners for copiers
(i) Upkeep the tidiness of the counter and reception area
(j) Assist in other ad-hoc general administrative duties
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
(a) At least GCE 'O' Level qualification, including passes in English and Mathematics
(b) Singapore Citizen
(c) At least one (1) year of relevant experience in receptionist/frontline customer service
(d) Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office Software Suites such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
(e) Possess certified skills in handling all telephone calls effectively and professionally
(f) To generate the confidence and respect of callers
(g) Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
(h) Be able to attend to Mandarin-speaking customers whenever required
(i) Able to multi-task and good organization skills
(j) Professional, polite, and customer-orientated
(k) Mature, courteous and cheerful disposition
