Work Timing: Mondays to Thursdays 10am to 7pm, and Saturdays 9am to 4:30pm - Saturdays are **compulsory **. - Work Location: Anchorvale. **About the Opportunity** The Enrichment Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery, and administration of our Enrichment programs, designed for school going children, and early years young learners. Key to this role is ensuring excellent administration, and delivery of educational and learning events and activities. The Enrichment Program Coordinator is accountable for the following measurable outcomes: - Assist in quality delivery of enrichment programmes (e.g. Creative Math & Coding Robotics Programmes) and activities to our young learners, in a manner that meets our requirements. Not to worry, training will be provided - Efficient and timely management of oneself and following up of enquiries on our After School Care Services and Enrichment Programmes. - Assuring seamless program experiences for our young learners through "air-tight" coordination and end to end management. - Delivery of excellent customer service through several communication channels including on-site hosting of our prospective parents. - Follow up with HQ to procure materials, logistics and trainers **About You**: - Experience working in an After School Student Care Centre, Preschool or similar environment is preferred. - Demonstrated experience in managing and administering programs or events. - Track record of coordination and support for the work of a small or casual team **How to apply** We look forward to seeing you EA Registration No.: R23111820 (Ben Chang) EA Licence No.: 22C1307 (First Konnection Pte.
