**Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D assets for use in game development, including characters, environments, props, and special effects
- Collaborate with the art team internally and outsource together with design teams to ensure the artistic vision is achieved
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within the agreed timelines
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual experience
- Maintain a strong understanding of current industry trends and best practices in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
- Defining the current 3D art style direction for the project by working closely with the Art Director and the Technical Artist to create high quality benchmark 3D assets for preproduction
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior artists to foster their growth and development
- Collaborate with other team members, including animators, designers, and programmers, to ensure seamless integration of assets into the game
- Troubleshoot and support technical artists for any challenges related to 3D assets
- Supporting high-quality 3D assets for marketing campaigns, including product renders, promotional videos, and interactive experiences

**Requirements
- Extensive experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering using industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush)
- Shipped multiple games and experience utilizing Unity or an equivalent 3d engine and huge experience working with Unity is required
- Proficient in creating both organic and hard surface models
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 3D art skills and a keen eye for detail
- Solid understanding of form, shape, structure, and anatomy
- Excellent knowledge of texture mapping and UV unwrapping techniques
- Familiarity with real-time rendering techniques and optimization for game engines
- Comfortable and familiar with version control
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills and the ability to problem-solve issues that involve multiple disciplines
- A professional English or Mandarine proficiency
