**Marketing Junior**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and motivated **Marketing Junior** to join our team in the frozen yoghurt industry. In this role, you will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media content, and supporting brand initiatives that drive engagement and growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data-driven marketing in a fast-paced F&B environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store promotions.
- Create and manage social media content, including posts, photos, and short-form videos.
- Monitor engagement, respond to customer interactions, and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Support event planning, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (internship experience will be considered).
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and social media trends.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
