Behavior Therapist

Therapy Kidz Pte. Ltd. is one of the leading provider of behavior therapy services for children aged 1.5 to 15 years old, dedicated to helping them overcome behavioral challenges and reach their full potential. We are currently seeking talented and compassionate Behavior Therapists to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's behavior and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based behavior interventions to address challenging behaviors and promote positive change.
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions in various settings, such as homes, schools, or community-based locations.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment.
- Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of sessions and client progress.
- Attend regular team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Certification as a Behavior Therapist (e.g., BCaBA, RBT) will be a plus.
- Proven experience working with children aged 1.5 to 15 years old with behavioral challenges, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children and their families.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
