This is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months, which may be extended for an additional 6 months depending on operational needs.
The job holder is responsible for assisting in maintenance of accounting books of Health Management International Pte Ltd and its investment holding subsidiaries, as well as assisting on operational finance and administration matters.
Responbilities:
- Support Finance Executive / Finance Manager on full set accounting responsibilities (General Ledger / Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable)
- Handle invoice verification, checking debit/credit card transactions, data entry, and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist in processing vendor invoices, staff claims and payments
- Updating and performing of monthly intercompany reconciliations
- Maintain cash book and prepare bank reconciliation
- Assist in preparation of Purchase Orders (“PO”) in accounting system
- Support month-end and year-end financial activities
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as required
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Accounts or Admin duties
- Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous and organized
- Ability to work well in a team or independently, as required
- Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice period
