Singapore PSB ACADEMY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

**Role 1**

**Department: International Student Recruitment (China)**
- Translation

a) Translate the subtitles promotion video from MCC and documents to Chinese

b) Translate the promotion document from Business Unit to Chinese
- Agent Marketing Management

a) Support agents and sales in developing creatives and/or campaigns for recruitment purposes

b) Maintain relationships with agents to assist them in marketing and promoting for PSBA programmes

c) Plan and develop campaigns that could potentially enhance PSB Academy’s value in helping agents to promote the brand and courses
- Direct Consumer Marketing (Brand and Awareness)

a) Expand PSB Academy’s branding in selected cities via integrated channels such as digital, including social media, and offline platforms

b) Explore media partners such as influencers, education portals to expand PSBA audience reach

c) Maintain and manage PSB Academy’s social media and digital assets for China market

d) Ensure proper response to comments/queries on Social Media

e) Look into achieving growth of social media engagements across all platforms

f) Identify and create student success stories for owned and paid media

g) Ensure all localized assets adhere to brand guidelines

h) Work closely with China Team to timely understand the needs of the Chinese market and achieve synergized branding objectives

**Role 2**

**Department: Marketing and Corporate Communications (MCC)**
- Support localized marketing campaigns in assigned markets, with the objectives to promote PSB Academy’s programmes, branding, engagement and lead generation.
- Work closely with stakeholders (Colleagues based in Singapore HQ, In-country Representatives and Recruitment Agents) in supporting the respective recruitment and marketing plans.
- Identify media partners for potential activities that promote PSB Academy’s recruitment and marketing objectives.
- Be the main point-of-contact for activities and communications matters specific to country assigned
- Work with cross functional departments especially business units and recruitment team to achieve optimum enrolment outcomes.
- Ensure quality assurance on all localized printed collateral and branded materials
- Manage social media contents
- Collect market intelligence, analyse media channels and propose effective marketing channels for the assigned markets.
- Track and assist to manage budget allocated

**Job Requirements**
- Master or Bachelor degree in any discipline from the Universities Programme offered by PSB Academy
- 0 -1 year of experience
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
- Positive attitude, confident and resourceful
- Willingness to learn and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of education market conditions
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
