**Summary**

The Senior Executive for Programme Management is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of programmes that strengthen the financial resilience of Credit Councelling Singapore (CCS) clients and beneficiaries. The Senior Executive is also responsible for identifying and reaching out to organisations to engage CCS for financial education initiatives. This role is integral to ensuring CCS financial education programmes remains effective, relevant, and impactful.

Additionally, the Senior Executive serves as the deputy to the Manager, Outreach Education and Research department.

**Main Function**

**Programme Management.**

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of programmes to enhance the financial capability of the target audience. This includes conducting needs analysis to identify the learning needs. The role encompasses creating learning activities and developing content, learning aids and materials that enhances learning.

2. Assist in managing the budget for programmes and activities, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently and effectively to deliver and implement the programmes.

**Programme Evaluation**.

3. Lead the development and implementation of evaluation frameworks and methodologies to assess programme effectiveness. This includes collecting and analysing programme data and feedback, preparing reports on the conduct, outcomes, and making recommendations for improvements.

**Outreach and Engagement.**

4. Lead in identifying and reaching out to organisations to engage CCS for financial education initiatives, and to expand the reach and impact of CCS's programmes and services. This includes identifying engagement opportunities to foster financial resilience among lower-income and disadvantaged segments of society.

**Team Supervision and Management.**

5. Co-ordinate resources and activities within the team and establish strong working relationships with other departments to foster synergy and teamwork.

6. Assist in leading team members to achieve department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

7. Assist in facilitating professional development and training opportunities for team members.

8. Co-ordinate the training and preparation of volunteer trainers and facilitators to deliver talks and workshops effectively.

**Administrative Role.**

9. Keep up-to-date with educational technology and instructional strategies relating to the education of financial skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviour.

10. Perform other job-related duties as and when required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**.

11. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

12. Prior experience in conducting adult training, with working experience in designing, developing, and customising training courses.

13. Prior experience in a supervisory position, managing a small team of executives.

14. Prior experience in non-profit organisations, community outreach, partnership management or programme development may be advantageous but not required.

15. Prior experience in conducting financial literacy or financial education training would be advantageous but not required.

16. Possession of a relevant degree in finance or professional certifications such as Associate Financial Planner (AFP), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent, or prior experience in delivery financial literacy or financial education talks or workshops, would be advantageous but not required.

17. Possession of a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or equivalent, would be advantageous but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
