**The Company**
Our client is a renowned infrastructure and logistic company with global presence across 25 countries. They are currently recruiting for a seasoned Senior BD Manager for Strategy Investment and M&A to drive M&A and strategic expansion for their continuous growth plan in the South East Asia region. This is a strategic business partnering role working directly with c-suit stakeholders.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be taking charge of end-to-end M&A deals and business development and investment opportunity across SEA region. You will be driving market penetration strategy toward the region and establish relationship and networks for business expansions. You will be involved in market research, industry analysis, due diligence and building financial models. Working closely with C-Suit senior stakeholders to perform business reviews and support strategic business plans and investment decisions. This role may require overseas secondment to the SEA region for business development purposes and travelling of 30-50% in the region.
**Your Profile**
- Degree qualified in Economics/Finance/Accountancy. CFA/CPA will be a plus.
- At least 8-10 years of M&A, corporate finance experience.
- Prior experience in infrastructure/Logistic/Engineering/Utilities with regional exposure is highly preferred.
- Additionally, strong communication skills is required to drive business partnering and must be able to influence business stakeholders.
