What You Will Do:

- Create and implement visual 3D animations according to the specified requirements and standards.
- Establish strong collaboration with programmers, game designers, and artists to understand project requirements, ensuring accurate alignment and implementation of desired effects.
- Deliver assigned tasks on time according to scheduled plans.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proficiency in using Max or Maya and robust character animation design skills.
- Understanding of animation motion principles, a strive for perfect movements, and a rapid learning curve in mastering new software or plugins.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with an ability to engage deeply in game R&D, ensuring effective teamwork with your colleagues.
- Demonstrated creativity and a strong passion for creation, with the ability to effectively translate ideas into engaging games.
- A passion for games and a commitment to dedicating yourself to the gaming industry; a constant pursuit of excellence in game art.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluent oral Chinese to liaise with teams.

Bonus Points:

- Relevant academic background in animation.
- Deep understanding of gaming culture, with extensive experience in console, mobile or other kinds of games.
- A passion for action games.
