**Roles & Responsibilities**
To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work. To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers. To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise site work
- Monitor and control the progress of the works based on the schedule.
- To resolve site matters with the team and related subcontractors
- Check on the quality of material and workmanship
- To arrange with a consultant for site inspection
- To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
- Check material delivered to site
- To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
- To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
- To liaise with authorities for the commission of work
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (preferred in Building projects)
- Diploma in engineering or any related and equivalent discipline
- Possess good communication skills and leadership qualities to supervise workers.
- Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage.
