**Roles & Responsibilities**
Quality Assurance Associates are qualified individuals who ensure that all quality aspects meet the necessary requirements (e.g., legal, customer, internal/external standards). Their role also entails continuous maintenance and improvement of quality, record keeping, reporting, problem hunting and solving, ultimately making sure that a safe, high-quality product is delivered to the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:
**Quality Assurance**
- Implement and ensure employees follow SOPs and HACCP guidelines applicable for work performed.
- Conduct audit checks at outlets including ensuring that SOPs such as personal hygiene, protective equipment controls etc are followed.
- Conduct audit checks through CCTV in evidence-based approach for verification.
- Conduct checks with suppliers to ensure that food processing procedures meet company’s standard requirements.
- Lead the implementation of quality related projects, including new requirements, continuous improvement projects and corrective plans etc.
- Coordinate, drive and support compliance with the Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards across Stuff’d.
**Problem Anticipation**
- Be well informed about the potential hazards associated with quality and safety standards.
- Conduct inspections in accordance with food safety guidelines and report any findings for improvement.
- Consolidate all the hygiene and food safety information and monitor improvement for next direction verification.
- Warn and educate all employees about poor practice, defective equipment or other hazards.
**Investigation and Reporting**
- Assist in incident investigation and proper reporting for all incidents at outlets.
- Identify and provide documentation and reports over quality issues.
- Prepare and submit periodic QA reports.
- Support in communicating and collaborating with authority when dealing with customer complaints.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 Year(s) of relevant working experience in food retail business/F&B business in QA/QC is required for this position.
- Audit Experience in (HACCP, SFA, ISO 22000:2018 etc) will be an added advantage.
- Familiar with Singapore food law & relevant regulatory.
- Good knowledge of fresh produces and F&B products.
- Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to come up with innovative solutions for common issues faced.
- Pro-active, a team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Able to maintain poise and composure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel across Singapore to various Stuff’d outlets.
Stuff’d is a quick casual restaurant franchise headquartered in Singapore that serves freshmade kebabs, burritos, salads and bowls. It was founded in 2014 by CEO Adrian Ang with a deliberate focus on healthiness. We have since expanded to become the largest Burrito and Kebab QSR chain in Singapore.
