Piling Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, manage, and supervise piling works across multiple sites.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and construction reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead site meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage and develop project team including engineers, supervisors, and site workers.
- Troubleshoot onsite issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly managed and maintained.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum *5-10 years of experience* in civil construction, with at least *3 years in a piling supervisory or management role*.
- Proven knowledge of various piling methods (e.g., CFA, driven piles, bored piles, secant piles).
- Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiar with industry safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Willing to travel to various project sites as needed.
- PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
