Job Description
- Officer hour, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm

- Travel to site office support when required (local)

Our client is a security system supplier in Singapore

**Responsibilities**:
To install, administer and configure systems (desktop, laptop, mobile devices and etc.)
Provides daily technical support to end users on laptop, database, WIFI, networking and server management issues
Liaise with users and IT vendors for the delivery of IT solutions and services.
Interface with vendors for procurement & maintenance of all IT infrastructures.
Manage backup solution and redundancy strategy for office IT Infrastructure.
Protect computer from security risk by regular updates of windows security patches and antivirus definition.
Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software including contracts and licenses
Facilitate the onboarding/offboarding processes of staffs including the setting up of IT equipment.
Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance.
Assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
Perform other IT duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Knowledgeable of Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration.
Possess basic networking knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN and switches.
High degree of independence, initiative, responsibility, problem solving skill and interpersonal skill.
Advance troubleshooting knowledge and experience in Windows Operating Systems.
Knowledge in.Net is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge in MSSQL Database is preferred but not mandatory.
Must travel to site offices
