We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. This might include planning and executing creative marketing campaigns, customer segmentation for tailor-made outreach, developing customer reward strategies, tweaking the value proposition/go-to-market strategy, partnering with other internal products and external parties to offer exciting incentives to use our platforms.

You will be working closely with other members of the marketing team as well as the Management Team to deliver high quality marketing initiatives.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with other crypto projects, influencers, and industry partners to explore and execute co-marketing opportunities.
- Actively engage with the crypto community through forums, social media, and other channels to address queries, gather feedback, and foster a positive brand image.
- Managing campaigns and grow social media presence on Facebook & LinkedIn platforms, while expanding to other platforms

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related field.
- 1 or more years of marketing experience in a cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Crypto Knowledge: Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader crypto market.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze crypto market data and user behavior to derive insights and improve marketing strategies.
- Community Management: Experience in managing online communities related to cryptocurrency or blockchain projects.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using blockchain and crypto-related tools. Familiarity with trading platforms is a plus
