**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to QA/QC Manager

Implement and maintain the Quality Management Systems(ISO9001-2015, ISO14001-2015, AS9100, ISO45001(OSHA), Nadcap)

Manage the Internal and External Audits.

Review specifications and requirements,

Collaborate with Manufacturing Team to develop and implement controls and improvements.

Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with Quality and safety regulations.

Investigating and troubleshooting Quality or production issues.

Identify Root Causes of problems; implements and monitor effectiveness of corrective/Preventive measures.

Monitor and analyze quality performance(KPI) to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.

Performs any other duty as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:
Diploma in Quality or Mechanical engineering.

2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), inspection and testing methodologies.

Experience in QA/QC function, ability to read Technical Drawing and use of measuring instrument

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the organizations production processes.

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a liaison with customers, suppliers and internal team members.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Certified Auditor is an added advantage.
