**Business Associate**

Wang Learning Centre (汪老师学园), registered with MOE, consists of a team of dedicated and passionate teachers. Following the MOE syllabus, over the years we have developed a systematic and challenging curriculum for teaching Chinese language. We aim to cultivate students’ interest and to build up their confidence in learning Chinese by providing assistance according to student needs.

We are also multiple award winners by attaining the Singapore Prestige Brand Awards in 2019 and the Enterprise 50 Award in 2022.

We are looking for a driven individual to join our business management team to work directly with the business manager and CEO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**:

- Assist in the coordination and execution of daily business operations of our island-wide centres.
- Support the business manager in administrative tasks and strategic planning.
- Provide support to administrative staff on performing their daily tasks effectively.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as required to ensure the efficient running of the learning centre such as liaising with contractors, technicians to upkeep centre fittings.
- **School Management System**:

- Troubleshoot issues with the school management system to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Work with centre administration managers to resolve issues faced by them, and to gather feedbacks from them on how to enhance their user experience
- Assist the business manager in liaising with the vendor to debug and enhance the system to achieve zero-interruption to operations
- **Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) Campaigns**:

- Design, create, and manage EDM campaigns to engage and communicate with students and parents.
- **Participates in exciting projects** such as new centre renovation and opening, new digital product offerings, and other ad-hoc indicatives

**Basic Requirements**:

- Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin as our language enrichment center requires communication with Mandarin-speaking students, parents, and teachers.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and is quick to pick up new softwares
- Comfortable with travelling to different locations of Singapore to either visit existing centres or to scout new locations
