**About the Company**:
Orchard Clinic offers conservative solutions for women. We operate three branches across Singapore, focusing on therapies that help with diastasis recti, incontinence, menopause and conditions associated with the pelvic floor region. Our proprietary therapy protocol combined with the latest technologies to achieve fast and effective results.

Orchard Clinic was founded to help our clients with issues related to weak pelvic floor and core muscles. Our interest deepened as we noticed the wide prevalence of such issues not only in prenatal and postpartum females but also younger and pre/post-menopause women due to stress, surgery or lifestyle.

**Role as a Branch Manager of our Women’s Wellness Clinic**:
You will perform therapy services for our female clients. We pride ourselves in delivering impactful experiences and making authentic conversations to support every woman in their journey to recovery, or mothers who begin their pre and postpartum care with us. Educate our clients about common conditions of the female body through honest, open and caring conversations.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Undergoing our in-house training programme including consultation, assessment and client follow-up
- Develop recovery plans for clients
- Performing therapy services and monitoring client’s recovery progress
- Manage the clinic branch and team or therapists
- Coordinate and execute on marketing efforts

**What we're looking for**:

- Leadership personality with a positive attitude to mentor and train the team
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Sales, Marketing and Customer Service experience will be beneficial
- Sales experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Banking or former cabin crews are welcome to apply

**Work requirements**:

- Full-time position (5-day work week, duty roster may include weekends)
- Singaporean
- Competent in Word, Excel, Google Documents & Sheets, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
