Senior Supply Planner

The Senior Supply Planner role offers a valuable opportunity to explore the Medtech and hearing aid sectors. As an individual contributor, your key responsibilities will include:

- Communicating material requirements to suppliers and securing commitments
- Collaborating with Operations and Procurement to address supply gaps
- Ensuring accuracy in material planning, service levels, and global inventory management.

**What you will do**:

- Identify and assess supply risks related to materials and components, and develop action plans to mitigate these risks by collaborating with suppliers, demand planning, and production planning.
- Validate material/component requirements at the commodity level and ensure visibility to strategic suppliers while working with Operations and Procurement to secure supplier capacity.
- Negotiate with vendors to meet delivery deadlines and resolve any escalated issues related to expedited or de-expedited requests that suppliers do not agree to.
- Provide updates on material constraints, changes in supplier delivery dates, and operational bottlenecks to other planners.
- Conduct regular demand reviews with suppliers to identify potential future supply issues and support efforts to enhance supplier agility.
- Take responsibility for material/component inventory management and collaborate with global Controlling to optimize inventory and meet working capital targets.

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- A first experience in Supply Chain, with min 2 years in material/supply planning, and supplier management
- Knowledge of supply management / collaboration, inventory management and procurement
- Advanced knowledge of, and experience with sourcing and supplier management activities for raw material and components
- Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and supplier collaboration tools.

- Identifies and creates the processes necessary to get work done; designs processes and procedures that allow managing from a distance

- Solid communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to clearly demonstrate and explain business performance and underlying business drivers to a range of audiences.
