The Digital Experience team provides a fast paced, agile start-up environment for the highly curious individual, as we develop our Digital Urology offering to improve the quality of care for patients. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Strategist, to drive our B2B and B2C initiatives.

As part of the Digital Experience team, you will be responsible for a wide breadth of activities: developing content and social media strategies, driving community management and copywriting for our Kidney Stones and Enlarged Prostate communities. You will strategically support the growth of our Digital Urology initiatives, patient communities and Dornier MedTech brand.

You should be comfortable switching between different brand voices, and excited about generating ideas for multiple audiences. You will be responsible for conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types, developing and proofreading articles before publication. Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

This role supports the growth of both the medical device business and our patient-facing digital health initiatives, with ample opportunity for cross-department and global team collaboration. Come join us to drive impact and scale the reach of our patient-centric digital health initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Explore new concepts and develop strong, compelling, engaging content for our “Worst Pain Ever” (WPE) Patient Communities, with a healthy dose of humor for our U.S audience
- Enhance our brand presence and product launches with creative copy, blog posts and/or long-form articles for our various brands, including our WPE communities, WPE Wellness and Dornier MedTech
- Develop, fact-check, proofread and edit short
- and long-form copy prior to publication
- Work closely with analytics team to offer data-driven insights, and refine content approach based on historical performance
- Drive community management activities to maintain a pulse on the customer
- Conduct research across trending topics in Urology and mine the Patient community for new insights that can support content planning and business priorities
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams in the rollout of branding/product campaigns across digital platforms
- Project manage across digital marketing, design teams to illustrate social media posts, web articles and/or to deliver on campaigns
- Identify trends in the broader healthcare digital marketing space, to influence the team’s content strategy and performance across platforms
- Work in an agile, digitally focused project team with global impact

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in communications, marketing, humanities and social sciences, or any other related field
- Minimum 2 years of copywriting or agency experience is preferred
- Able to show a portfolio of well-written articles and/or social media posts
- Understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and emerging social media platforms
- Keen interest in medical technology and/or the Urology field
- Ability to adopt the lens of the user in developing customer-centric content
- Willing to learn and contribute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A creative self-starter that can work independently
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communicator and effective team player
- Comfortable working with complex information, such as medical research papers
