1. Integration of new equipment/system into existing PLC/SCADA system

2. Re-programming of analogue parameters at PLC and SCADA/HMI level

3. Update of SCADA/HMI graphic to reflect new instruments/equipment and mapping these graphics to the corresponding field signals

4. Changing of parameters at PLC/SCADA

5. Simple diagnosis to access PLC program to identify specific functions of register functional blocks in the PLC program segment and network

6. Maintaining and updating PLC control documents to be as per actual PLC program

7. Backup of PLC programs, project ,data files and SCADA/HMI graphics in the event that there are changes being made

8. Attending to ICA breakdown maintenance and ad hoc works such as modification of SCADA/PLC program, checking of PLC logics, installation of hardware and software, diagnosis of fiber optic cables, etc

9. Carrying out ICA designs, costing, procurement as required,

10. Preparing and reviewing of ICA designs, drawings, documents and submissions

11. Working with the inter-departments, customers and vendors to deliver the best technical solution for the electrical works;
12. Manage, train and guide ICA personnel

13. Complying with Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures and compliance with all audits and inspections

14. Assisting in ISO certification works;
15. Other works

Specific duties shall be outlined to you in the course of your work as required in the day-to-day operation of the company. You are also expected to help the company achieve the long-term goals of the company.

Qualification

1. Degree in EEE

2. 2 years working experience at membrane base water treatment plant, preferably using Vijeo Citect and Unity Pro XL
