**Our Client**

Our client is an European company engages in high-tech beauty products and they are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing and media strategies across SEA countries.

**The Role**

Reporting to Marketing Director (APAC) based in Hong Kong, you shall remit the brand vision through the full spectrum of marketing initiatives across all channels through the coordination and management of the team and its resources.
- Develop strategic marketing, public relations, social networking and media strategies and plans including press positioning, messaging, media relations strategies, creative collaboration strategies, fresh pitch ideas, and high-impact buzz marketing programs and events for the respective market.
- In charge of overseeing all internal and external communications for the SEA market, ensuring its messaging is consistent, engaging and aligned based on global brand equity.
- Collect and analyze sales trends, category shifts, market intelligence, competition, and identify business opportunities for the brand.
- Oversee local social media accounts management and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Responsible for effective budget management for marketing communications campaigns.
- Set KPI for all marketing initiatives and monitor results and generate learning.
- Oversee and maintain all internal tracking and reporting matrices that form the basis for cost, productivity and efficiency analysis.
- Proactive cooperation with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the development and implementation of strong strategies.
- Explore and offer team development and activities including workshops, education, training, knowledge sharing, and team building in line with the General Manager.
