**Role**:

- Develop, update and execute local Digital and Tech strategy in alignment with global digital roadmap for Corporate and individual key brands (including strategy/media/social media and Database)
- Responsible for the development & execution of the digital and Tech annual plan for Nestle Corporate and key brands
- Manage all digital and tech assets and consider relevant ones to primarily inform and educate and convert consumers (Web, Video, Social, Messaging, input through brand and DAT teams). Optimise the platforms with relevant content and tools in consultation with brand teams to meet consumers expectations (content, Search SEO/paid, Mobile).
Consider best in class targeting practices (integrated engagement, automated personalised targeting )
- Develop a communications calendar of consumer digital activities, enhance and build the digital and social content strategy leveraging on social listening and insights
- Responsible from authoring to publishing through Workflow either directly or through digital agencies and in liaison with Globe; Review of the assets content with marketing, legal, regulatory, public affairs so that it complies with Nestle guidelines/ regulations.
- Optimize, manage and grow consumer CRM/CEM program: Dear Nestle (Opt in, registration, sampling, digital and trade consumer promotions.) Implement and support the latest digital trends and recommendations. Work co-operatively with selected agencies and suppliers though aligned briefs. Work co-operatively with internal and external stakeholders and the BU team to integrate and strengthen the Nestle Database ecosystem

**Requirements**:
- Strong Digital, CRM & Social Marketing expertise.- Experience in Digital and CRM Journey Planning- Knowledge and experience in BBNW- Experience in managing signals to interpretate and react (real time analysis of trends and data, filtering, listening, adaptive - shorter lead times based on dynamic environmental changes)- Project management skills- Strong relationship management skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
