**Job Title: QA Batch Record Release Coordinator (QA Coordinator)**
**work location ; near Joo Koon MRT / 5 days work week**
**Responsibility**
Manage hazardous and universal waste according to local, state, and federal regulations
Match Manufacturing Packaging Orders (MPOs) and bench sheets for finished goods and perform an audit of job packetsRelease material on Information Management System (IMS)
Maintain MPO audit log including tracking audit results statistics
Filing and storage of quality records
Print, cut, count, verify, package, and log out label packets according to the scheduleIssue packaging jobs to production
Maintain stability storage area and take monthly stability samples
Perform internal audits, as scheduledMaintain quality status of inventory and work with Material Review Board (MRB)
**Requirement**
A university degree, Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment including significant auditing will be advantageous
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic business tools
**Experience with SAP will be advantageous**
**Functional knowledge and experience in all areas of quality and/or compliance based on practical experience, including Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) requirementsSolid understanding of chemical nomenclature and general manufacturing concepts and terminology
