**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience as a service crew in a fine dining restaurant environment/five star hotel

- WSET/CMS Certificate holder priority
- A friendly, positive, and professional demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in professional wine bar
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for presentation and quality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
