Singapore MEX GLOBAL MARKETS PTE. LTD. Full time

Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement the end-to-end business process for MEX Global Markets such as marketing and payment gateways in order for the firm to penetrate the EU Market segment.
- Coordinate the setup of internal workflow processes and business compliance to ensure KYC and AML, CTF controls are in place.
- Is able to navigate and collaborate with internal teams within HQ to facilitate the business process setup.
- Provide support for the development and ongoing optimisation of internal processes with key stakeholders within HQ.
- Collaborate across HQ to ensure that all clients’ requirements are identified and relevant IT and trading platform solutions are offered.
- Perform periodic review of business processes and identify areas to improvement and lead the change process.
- When dealing with all customers or colleagues ensure that we provide a clear, fair and consistent high quality service that presents a professional and positive image of MEX Global Markets.
- Maintain strong EU regulatory knowledge relevant to your role and experience of liaising with Legal & Compliance to ensure best business practice

Key Skills and Experience Required
- Must be fluent in several EU languages such as Italian, French and Spanish in order to liaise with the business community in EU.
- Confident verbal and written communicator in English, Italian, French and Spanish.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and navigate through diverse cultures of stakeholders within the MultiBank Group.
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in the CFDs and FX markets.
- Have knowledge of EU payment gateways.
- Proven ability to setup compliant business processes.
- Knowledge and awareness about our competitors within the CFD sector.
- Has existing network in EU business community.
