You will join and support the rapidly growing Legal ECommerce team that is dedicated to delivering excellent stakeholder service to achieve pragmatic solutions for the TikTok e-commerce and logistics team spread across different countries in the region.

Your role will be based in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review, draft, negotiate, and manage high value service contracts with logistics vendors and partners, and commercial agreements relevant to digital and e-commerce platforms
- Monitor and advise on legal and regulatory developments in trade, logistics and supply chain management
- Monitor and advise on e-commerce platform governance-related legal issues, with a focus on consumer protection, platform liability, seller experience, and platform IP protection
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of TikTok e-commerce and logistics initiatives through review and implementation of consumer disclosures, policies, and terms and conditions applicable to our users/merchants/partners
- Contribute to contract template development, process improvement and internal training, identifying and resolving opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce contractual friction
- Engage, instruct, and manage external counsel as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Laws' degree
- Qualification to practice law in Singapore or a common law jurisdiction
- Deep knowledge of and familiarity with laws as it applies to platform providers, e-commerce platforms, and online logistics platforms
- Significant experience in platform liability, intellectual property, consumer protection, regulatory and compliance schemes applicable to new technology and e-commerce products and customer/third party agreements
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiation of agreements across e-commerce, retail, creative, advertising, technology and logistics industries
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on many different projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an international team
