**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Planning and Scheduling**:

- Prepare and Develop project plans and drawings, timelines and resource allocation;
- Prepare all RA, MOS, SWP drawings for the client to review;

**Technical**:

- Perform site inspection with RE & RTO whenever necessary to ensure that the works are carried out to

ensure the project adheres to engineering standards, specifications, and regulations;

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other engineers to ensure

smooth project execution;
- Supervise Construction works and assist Project Managers/Director and QS in preparation of Progress

Claims;

**Budget and Resource Management**:

- Monitor project costs, manages resources effectively and ensures the project stays within budget;

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures and ensuring the project meets the required quality standards;

**Problem Solving**:

- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle;

**Reporting**:

- Prepare and present daily and monthly project status reports to stakeholders;

**Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that the project adheres to all relevant safety regulations and standards;

**KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering preferrably Sewer and Water Diversion Works
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD), with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
